Delivery Areas

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
• During sales or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

• Free Home Delivery is available on eligible products and promotions.
• If shipping charges apply, they will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking details (where available) through SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct when placing your order. Mezzos Organic is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, your order may be returned to us. Our support team will contact you to arrange redelivery if possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution where applicable.
